LUXOR

Luxor is the best known and most visited tourist center in Egypt, offering spectacular places of historical and architectural interest such as the famous Valley of the Kings, the temples of Luxor and Karnak, built by the ancient Egyptians, several museums, enormous temples with intricate statues, obelisques and columns dedicated to Gods and Pharaohs of the ancient empire. It is also a good starting point for visiting other parts of the south of Egypt or for taking cruises along the Nile.
